1914-15 Trio '1511 Pte (then Dvr) J.A.D. Cooper 8/A.S.C. A.I.F.' WWI 1914-15 Trio Impressed to '1511 PTE (then DVR) J.A.D. COOPER 8/A.S.C. A.I.F.'. Joseph Ambrose Dillon Cooper enlisted 16/9/14 with prior service stated as being with the 1st Australian Rifles for 2 years. On 1/10/15 Cooper arrived at Mudros from England but shortly after was admitted to hospital on 8/12/15 with the loss of his left (or possibly right !) eye - it depends on which page of his file you read ! He was then R.T.A. for discharge. VF
